We host a variety of motivational group events, conference calls, and a book club to provide consistent engagement for our VWLA women. ​

Education
We believe education is a key to success!
Providing educational assistance and resources allows our VWLA women achieve a higher level of education.
We accomplish this by completing personal and professional skill assessments to help secure education grants available.
Employment
Our partners and sponsors are essential in helping us to provide career opportunities to our VWLA team.

At VWLA, we strive to lift women out of hardship by helping to identify career goals based on their individual spiritual gift assessments.
We also work closely with our women to help define their interests and career opportunities through skills assessments, interview preparations, internships and volunteer opportunities.

Our team works diligently to coach each individual through necessary steps for business development.
